DiningThe cooks of PantherVale are pleased to inform all of our guests that we have expanded the food being provided at this our sweet XVIII Panteria. The cooks will be providing a meal plan that includes breakfast, lunch and dinner both Saturday and Sunday. The cost of the entire meal plan is $30 for both days with preregistration or $20 per day preregistered for day trippers or those who can not stay all weekend. Youth (5 to 17) half price, children (under 5) can eat off their parents plates. Individual meals may be available at the event if there is room, we expect to sell out so please consider preregistering. Please send any questions or allergy issues to Thane Aethelhafoc. The cooks will be from the Corps de Quisanart lead by
Thane Aethelhafoc Caegfindan. Lady Maeve of Panther Vale
will be
organizing the volunteers before, during, and after the feasts. To
offer your help -- please! -- get in touch.
A detailed ingredient list will be posted near the
kitchen on the day of the feast. People who would like to
discuss in advance any allergy concerns, or questions about the
ingredients, should contact The Head Cook Thane Aethelhafoc.

Saturday May 25th, AS48 Breakfast Primebase
to Terce (0730 until 0900)
Fresh Fruit, Scones,
Eggelhawk Puddings , Sweet Scotish Gruel, Sliced
Ham, Café, Tea, Juice Sausages (stewed in apples, onions, and beer), Stuffed Cabage Leaves, Pretzels. Ham and Cabbage Pottage, Cabbage Salad, Rolls, Condiments Dinner Vespers (1800) Roast Beef with three sauces, Spinach in a coffin, Fruited Green Salad, Bejeweled Rice, Roasted Cauli Fiori and Root Vegetables, Steamed Spring Greens, Bread & Butter, Pears poached in Wine, and Elderflower Custard Sunday May 26th, AS48 Breakfast Primebase
to Terce (0730 until 0900).
Goose egg Quiche, savory beef oat cakes, Fresh Fruit, Festival Fried Cakes, Café, Tea and Juice Lunch Pentebase to Septem (1130 until 1300) Sushi of the Edo Period, Miso Soup, Shitake Tofu Ramen, Teriaki Beef, Salad of Melons and Fruit, Condiments. Dinner Vespers (1800).Roasted Chicken with a Savory Rice Dressing, Quiche Verdi with Butter Beans, Squash with Basil and Citrus, Carrot Pudding, Salad with Fresh Herbs , Moretum with Crackers, Berries with Cream on Biscuits Dishes subject to change according to ingredient availability. Gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and kosher option available with warning to the cook Thane Aethelhafoc. All dishes are subject to change at the cook's whim or specials purchases, please include any food allergies with your reservations, the menu is vegetarian friendly, substitutes for gluten and casein allergy issue will be made when possible . Please note that other than staff committed to other locations folks eating the meal plan will be expected to either assist cooking or setting up for one meal or clean up after one meal.
