Just where are we going, Mom?

For children, there is much to do at Panteria! 

Children's Activities this year will emphasize " Learning and Doing in the SCA"

Lady Albreda Aylese, Coordinator, has asked that all who would like to "Show and Tell" a favorite SCA  activity they enjoy, to share it with the kids.  After the "Show and Tell" the kids could take a "Field Trip" to see that activity in action.  It might be heavy list fighting, youth fighting, fencing, archery, thrown weapons,  or putting on a feast. Or it might be story-telling, illumination, an arts and science project, merchanting, singing or dance.  What ever strikes your fancy.

Since much of the SCA is providing service to others, a service task that the kids could do together would be in order.  A couple of possibilities are moving hay bales for the fighters or chopping vegetable for the feast.  Such an activity would give them a sense of being part of making it all work.
